Ok so I call the credit card company today. I was told they never received the documents. So I asked them did you lose you? They told me no sir we didn’t lose them. Honest to god truth they told me that I would have to refax them during business hours Pacific time… So with my rage and my temper I simply told them I do not want to play any games at all, please either find the documents you have lost or close my account. I was then told I would have to fax the documents. I then told the lady I have already faxed the documents. I said this is very simple, either find the documents you have missed place reactivate the card, or close the account. The lady told me that she would need the documents. I told her you have already have them. So she told you need to fax them. So round and round we went and then magically the I lost the signal on my landline phone…
I will keep you updated, on this story. I have been thinking and debating if I should even right this story. This is a part of history and a good solid fact. I wonder how many other companies or people have to deal with other people like this. One of my most important lessons in life that I learned in a hard way was once people jerk you around they continue to do it. You can stay there and fight / work with them or you can move on to someone who will work with you and get accomplished whatever it is that you want to accomplish. I think the greatest lesson of all was with web hosting. After years and years and years of trying to make my dreams come true It finally hit me one day.
As much as I hate to say it. This sounds like credit card fraud. The credit card fraud is so bad. I got credit card fraud again, and someone else is going full steam with my info.. soooo full that the real me doesn’t seem like me. I had this happen years ago I thought it was the last of it.
